The problem Solved. i have added a code to function.php so it was preventing from showing the select box.
sorry but i didn’t understand you. i have created an account for test and i have added 3 address. i have set one of the addresses as default address but when i am in checkout page i can’t change the address if i need because there is no select box or field that i can change. i have checked my setting i Woocomerce and there is no problem i think.
