However, just wanted to be clear that the place where the issue happens is when editing the Accordion on the backend.

I’m having the same issue on a site that has an RSS feed of upcoming events. Works with version 4.11 but not with the most recent version. Not a time zone issue. Please fix this bug. Thanks!
