I de-activated and then deleted Document Gallery, then re-installed it and when I activated it, everything worked again.

Hi Dan,

I am just using [dg] on the page, no additional short codes.
There is nothing listed under the Options Array Dump. I am using DG pretty much straight as it came, no changes.
