It is a widget in WP with a number. I don’t know how to even look at it. I have only being doing WP for a year. Still learning.

If you scroll down under the 50th anniversary with the 3 pictures, there is a header “Featured News”.
Thank you so much for helping me. I have tried everything I can think of from clearing cache, making sure that the block pops is turned off, etc.
