Hi Jordy,
I am using version 1.1.1 that I just installed today (March 2, 2019) with my WP site.
The link is not working. The set up looks simple, but at least in preview, the linking is not happening. Clicking the image just opens the larger version of the image.
I disabled WP Gallery and the other plugins I have tried.
What am I doing wrong?
