I would like to add an update.
The issue, which was previously only occurring on the test site, has now started to appear on the main site as well.

    Hi,

I clicked on “Dismiss” and “Everything is working perfectly.”
Both links disappear when clicked, but are redrawn the next moment.

The list of active plug-ins is as follows.
    Admin Bar Position
    Advanced Custom Fields
    BackWPup
    Classic Editor
    Contact Form 7
    Custom Permalinks
    Custom Post Type Permalinks
    Show Current Template
    WP Multibyte Patch
    WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache
    Yoast Duplicate Post

The site where the problem is occurring is a test site and is stored in a separate folder on the same level as the main site.
Because it is a test site, it is almost identical to the main site and contains the same plugins, but the problem is occurring only on the test site. Both are multisite.

I don’t think the theme affects the behavior of the plugins, but the only difference is the theme.
The production site is a classic theme and the test site is a hybrid theme, but since we have just started development, theme.json only lists the JSON schema and API version.

In addition, I am running a main site and a test site in a similar hierarchical structure on a different domain as well, and I have BackWPup installed here as well, but the same phenomenon is not occurring.
Both of these sites, the main site and the test site, use the multisite, classic theme.

    Regards
