Hi, Thank for the help. I clear all cache ( also from hostinger) but the same result. When i open the page on smartphone in incognito everything looks good. I also copied everthing on a new test homepage neverhome.be/test-homepage and then everthing works perfect

Thanks for the reply. I got an email from visme.

• Try Placing the Embed Outside the Accordion

Some accordions (especially in Elementor) load content dynamically or collapse elements in a way that interferes with iframe content like Visme embeds. Try temporarily placing the embed outside the accordion to see if it loads properly there. If it works outside but not inside, that may confirm the accordion is causing the issue.

I tried this and i worked a bit better when i put it outside the accordeon but add random moments its still not loading fully. In the work modus i can see it in full but not in the preview version

• Enable Lazy Load or Adjust Visibility Settings

In Elementor, go to the section where you’ve added the HTML code and make sure that:

-Lazy Load is disabled (or try enabling it if it’s off).

regarding the subject. i can see in the htmlcode. i can change the width and height. How can i use a different width and height for website tablet mobile. I know how can change the container. But when i change something in the code it change for the 3. Thanks

The problem was dat the plugin in max mega menu also creates a trigger/toggler. So i turned it off in the plugin. https://www.megamenu.com/documentation/i-see-two-mobile-toggle-buttons/
