Yes in Portuguese, events display correctly and the map as well.
Here are the versions of the related plugins I am using:
Event manager: 5.5.2
Events Manager and WPML Compatibility: 0.3
WPML Media: 2.1.6
WPML Multilingual CMS: 3.1.7.2
WPML String Translation: 2.0.9.1
WPML Translation Management: 1.9.6

Also in the English version, the map is there but the contents are not.
