I have found these guys to be more than helpful when I’ve had a problem. I recommend this plugin to anyone who wants a great easy-to-use ticketing system – and the GAMP extension is just what my client needed to fulfil their requirements.

I followed your instructions and clicked the Save button and voila! it works now.
I should say I’d changed the Permalink to Post Name in the Common Settings already, but made no other changes. Nor did I change anything this time – I just clicked the Save button.Hope that helps 🙂
