I’d just like to say thank you for your advice about the cache – this seems to have solved the problem – there have been no more issues since I excluded the booking form pages from being cached. Thank you! 🙂

Hi! Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly. Yes I have a caching plugin on the website – I’ve added the booking page to the excluded url’s section so fingers crossed this will work! I will monitor the situation and come back to you in a few days to let you know if it worked.
