I’ve just checked on another computer as well as using another browser, both do not work. (Both computers running Windows 11, Edge + Chrome up to date).

Can I confirm then that you can see product codes and prices which are written below each product in black text? It is odd, as all the dark grey elements show up fine in the flipbook, but not that black text.

Again, when using the ‘download pdf file’ feature in the viewer it shows the prices on the PDF but just not in the viewer, so it seems to be a issue there. (But it works on chrome mobile).

Any advice appreciated, and if you confirm that you can see the prices in desktop chrome on your PC then it must be another issue.
