I found my problem, it was indeed a DNS issue.

Ok, so I registered my domain name with DreamHost and DreamHost said they installed WordPress. But when I go to my website, there is nothing there. What do I do now. I know you said I may need to install a server Wamp. Where do I do that. I am really clueless. I’ve been working on this since 10am and feel like I have gotten nowhere.
I downloaded wordpress but it never asked me to install it.
Can I use worpress on Windows XP?
