I got everything to work fine. Just like you mentioned, “The other email is probably getting blocked by the email provider (yahoo, gmail, whatever) for the email account that you typed into the form. That happens a lot.” the outgoing email was being blocked by our company’s mail server. Got that fixed and everything works as it should.
