I had to deactivate the Gutenberg plugin for Yoast to work normally.Okay thanks a lot. I have added this and will test it out, thanks again for the reply @tim.
@rodicaelena – Try it with the classic editor plugin installed and active and see if the issue is the same.
Hello @rodicaelena; Thanks for taking your time to read this and help me out. It seems like this is a bug as you will notice other people in another thread are having the same issue.
The issue is like in the screenshot, meaning that your sales promotion isn’t allowing us to close it, if the ‘x’ button does show up, if you click it, when you reload it shows up again. 99% of the time, the ‘x’ button doesn’t show but as I said, even if it doesn, it doesn’t remove this message.Exactly, it’s a big security risk.
Any update on this?? This is a huge deal as it is conflicting with plugins and other critical notifications.

No matter if I click the x, click, no thanks or anything, it comes back.
If I click the x it redirects to a 404, if I click to no thanks, it closes, refreshes into the ‘posts’ page(in admin) but the notification comes back.
Is there a quick to remove the notification completely as I wait for you to replicate or find a fix?- This reply was modified 7 months, 2 weeks ago by KD35.
I rolled back to the previous version, I think its 4.1.0 or something like that and that solves the errors. But whatever was in that update, something went wrong.
I think new the update caused the plugin to go haywire, I am also noticing some errors.

Use chatgpt to assist you, it can make a plugin for this or you can use plugins like Search & Replace. It’s very simple.

Use WP to Buffer(sign up for the free account at buffer.com) first using an email and then install the app. It’s working perfectly so far for me.
I still can’t believe Jetpack would get so greedy and just pull this stunt over us, it’s not right.
