My site just came up with the exact same error. It was fine on Chrome using a Mac, but wasn’t on Safari on Mac, or Chrome + Explorer on a Windows OS.
Can you please advise the fix? It says resolved but there is no solution visible.

You have to update the plugin to the latest version. However, when you update it will lose all the old information in the tables of your database. I’ve searched for a solution to the latter case, but nothing turned up
