I had to regress my WP version back to 5.8.3 and even then, the only way I can get the images to drag and drop is to add a new image and then it works. Why is this taking so long to fix?

Every other gallery plugin I’ve used can do this but with robogallery you have to recreate all your galleries if you want a different layout.

I’ve submitted a few more and no response on those. It’s sad that you can respond here but not on the actual support tickets your customers submit.
This is not resolved. This company needs to tell people why they don’t respond to support requests after we have purchased the plugin.
I did purchase the PRO version and I submitted a ticket and it’s been more than TWO MONTHS and NO ONE HAS RESPONDED!!! Seriously, you have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Ticket ID is 3883
So, can someone please help me with this CSS code?
I’ve also tried adding this code to the CSS field in the general settings and that hasn’t worked either, so clearly I’m using the wrong ID tag.
