I’ve looked on the Mailpoet – Help – System Status tab and can see that:

Task Scheduler and Connection to the Mailpoet Service are showing as connection successful.

Under the Cron heading

Accessible yes
Status waiting for the next run
Last updated 5 July 2022 8:12 am
Last run started 5 July 2022 8:12 am
Last run completed 5 July 2022 8:12 am
Last seen error none
Last seen error date unknown

Under the Sending Que heading

Status	running
Started at	23 June 2022 8:23 am
Sent emails	0

Retry at	none
Error	none
Total completed tasks	1
Total running tasks	0
Total paused tasks	0
Total scheduled tasks	0

Under scheduled tasks and running tasks it says nothing to show.

I’ve tested the welcome emails with my partners email address. He filled in the form, then when he received the confirmation email, he clicked the link and he is now showing under status as subscribed. But he hasn’t received the welcome email.

Hi James,

No all seems to be working fine.

It was the theme my login plugin that was causing the problems but looking at it now I think the Paid Membership Pro will be fine on it’s own.

Hi,

I’ve deactivated all the plugins and the Log Out worked normally.

Now I can’t log back in, it says my password is incorrect.

Any ideas what I do now?

I’ve switched the to and from emails round in CF7 and it’s all working perfectly now.

Someone from another forum has sorted this out for me now.

Hi, I’ve checked the profile and the visual editor is not checked so it should be working as normal.
