Let me know what other route you find. I have spent so much time and money in this ecosystem an need to pull the ripcord. I feel like we are all getting rugged. 10+ days without response on Pro support is unacceptable.
Thanks for this review, I also don’t typically leave reviews and am in a similar situation to you. Support has been non-existent and quality has been diminishing quickly. Hopefully they can pull themselves back together because I have invest a lot of time and money in using these suite of premium plugins.
