Yes, finally. While my Wordfence dashboard indicates that I am using the free version (and therefore doesn’t show me a link to my licensing information), the other screens (Firewall, Scan) *do* acknowledge me as having Premium service and now do, finally, let me into such features as country blocking.
My first comment here was not a plea for help (it did annoy me that you brushed me off the way you did), but was moral support to the original questioner in his frustration.
Well, I’d be glad to open a support ticket … except that since the launch of Wordfence 7, you don’t recognize me as a Premium customer (my subscription has not expired, so that’s not the problem). That’s the issue that brought me here in the first place. Can’t open a ticket there when you’ve bollixed the records this way.
At least you can get to it — WordFence 7 won’t recognize my existing Premium subscription, so I can’t even get to the country blocking page to see what you mean.
What a farce of an update.
