I’m very sorry for this because “Contact form 7” was my first plugin, I use it from many years. But unfortunately my main goal is receive requests and the website was not receiving it anymore.

Well, I’ve reinstalled Really Simple CAPTCHA but the captcha is still not displayed on the live site (and on the “Edit Contact Form” still does not appear the form tag generator of the captcha.
thanksSorry, I forgot: and if then I decide to cancel the files “yourimage-unsmushed.jpg” because I’m happy of the results obtained and I want to save space, have I to do it manually or there is a way to do it through the plugin settings?

please excuse my question. It is possible to hide the headline in the sidebar options of SimpleTOC and add my own heading, and this is great! But honestly I didn’t understand how. If I add a new heading the plugin will automatically add this new heading to the list. Instead I need to put a new title exactly in the place of “Table of Contents” inside the SimpleTOC block. Is it possible?
