thanks for your reply. I don’t think this is the only problem we are facing. Also, waiting more than an hour doesn’t change anything. Could I send you a site login so you could check the working of the plugin?

We have done nothing special before the numbering changed. The order numbering was at 1922 and then just randomly reset and started at 1 again.
