    Hi Lucio, thanks for your review.

    Our solution is a software-as-a-service hosted in the cloud and not a standalone plugin. Therefore some credentials are needed to configure and setup the account. We chose to automatically create the account for the WP user so it’s more easy to setup the plugin, but we will certainly look into options to manually register and/or ask for permission first.

    Concerning the deletion or cancellation of your account, I think you missed the option. You can find it here, once logged in: https://app.mopinion.com/account/billing

    Sorry you didn’t like it. Of course we try our best to make it as easy as possible to use the plugin and start collecting feedback right away. In terms of the freemium, it’s automatically renewed with another yearly freemium. It’s not that it converts to a paid plan. It remains free forever.
    We are working hard to expand the features within WordPress. This makes it more easy to adjust and edit the feedback form without leaving the WordPress admin panel. Thanks a lot for your feedback and good luck with your search for a plugin that fits your needs.
