In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Names not showing in Paypal for Card PaymentsExcellent! I will take a note of the snippet and wait to see what happens with the switch being implemented first before adding a second modification. It’s easier to see what going on then.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Increase in Card Testing AttacksI have responded privately as the whole thing is not doing as I expected. Getting 2 keys was an almost impossible nightmare using google cloud and then now the google captcha thing is showing all over the site. Also, the cart it is now showing huge amounts of console errors which is mainly down the captcha being enabled. Really need some assistance on this.
I only want it at checkout as I do not want more load on pages. Can this be rectified also!?

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Repeat Payment FailuresI will contact directly on the payment failure issues on this as requested no problem.
I am not sure if this will help but I am getting a lot of errors showing on the console with errors. These include:
“No API configuration – missing configure() call?” – Seeing this For Apple Pay and google pay lines
[Error] paypal_js_sdk_v5_unhandled_exception – {err: “zoid destroyed all components↵@https://www.paypal.…952↵global code@https://www.paypal.com/sdk/js:4:5”, timestamp: “1769275576398”, uid: “uid_92f6122404_mtc6mtg6mdq”, …}
Really do need your help on this one
Hi, we still appear to have issues although we have removed the caching as instructed form the cache programs. So for example:
2026-01-23T10:05:45+00:00 Error #5004 – Cart simulation failed: Could not validate nonce.
How do we go about finding what is going wrong? Thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Repeat Payment FailuresHI, I did the upload link here:
https://privatebin.syde.com/?38a42fab80e7bbca#Gk2rByHrdp2FterGhyYJT2rssQMbzGDmZCgN7rTvX8sn
Further to this I have just done some page insights and getting some interesting errors from PayPal starting with:
Error: zoid destroyed all components at https://www.paypal.com/sdk/js?… then lots of code.
We did not have the new UI activated. We were sent a plugin to ensure the old interface was shown due to issues we were having with the setup. I have removed the old UI plugin to show the new interface and will try it out.
Thank you for the information. We will go through this over the next few days and come back to you. However – I am a little confused over something. Page speed is important which is where caching helps, and the Paypal app uses legacy JS and it loads on every single page even where PayPal is not used. Is there optimisation for this module available?
I also believe it is not possible to have just paypal on the product page without having to wait for the apple and google pay?
HI and thanks for the response. He is the bin link for your viewing:

I shall await to see your thought on the situation. Thank you!
@mosesmedh I have to say that is outstanding and appears to work perfectly! I can’t thank you enough! I have bee messing for days trying to figure it out myself and I just could not get it right. Your example is brilliant. Thank you so much!

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Refunding via REST API on Line ItemsThanks for responding. Can you confirm anything for the question:
When using the REST API, can the QTY parameter be set to 1 and refund the full amount for a single item purchase, and the whole order refunds and automatically goes to refunded status? I know this is possible in the woo commerce screen but does the plugin support this type of refund with the REST API?

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Card Decline Testing IssueThanks for responding.
I think it is quite a critical point that customers know what is happening with their payment. If they have no feedback it puts them off purchasing as they have no answer as to what is going on. They may therefore go to buy the products elsewhere, which may give them the answers for them to fix the issue. It’s poor business in reality to not offer the information to the consumer as web stores are trying to capture as much business as possible. Information is critical.
