Hi!
I used the “green button”, the options I put above that I am using, even so it’s not working.

I just updated the wordpress from 4.2 to 4.4.1 and the plugin to 1.10, so after it the plugin broken. You can see in this page http://www.tfordworldtour.org/help-to-continue-the-model-t-worldtour/i-donate-10-or-e10-and-i-receive-a-sticker-friend-of-model-t-worldtour
