I can see that you took the quiz.
I have just recieved an email with only 18 questions and not 20:

However when I click “Submit”, it says that there is only 18 questions for some reason. Even when I get all 20 questions right, it still says there is only 18 questions in the quiz:
To answer your question, I am not using two categories within a single question but I am using nested questions like this one:

It seams to be an issue when I use the “Limit questions for each category” functionality, because when I turn it off there is no issue.
When I take the quiz it shows 20 questions, but when you hit register it only registers 18 question for some reason, even when you get all the questions right.
I cannot share the quiz link since it is password protected and the questions cannot be shared online sorry.
