Subject: Bluehost Findings: 503 Error Isolated to GiveWP Plugin

Thank you for your continued assistance. I wanted to share an update based on my follow-up with Bluehost Support so we can move this toward resolution.

Bluehost has completed a thorough review on their end and confirmed that the issue is not server-related. They checked core WordPress files, the .htaccess file, PHP version and limits, ModSecurity, server-side caching, and any server-level blocks. All of these were verified as functioning correctly.

Based on their error logs, Bluehost advised that the 503 error appears to be originating from a plugin conflict, specifically pointing to GiveWP. Below is the relevant error reference they provided:

At this point, Bluehost has recommended working directly with the plugin vendor to identify what needs to be corrected within the plugin or its interaction with the database.

I hope all is well for the start of your week. Here’s an update. The Theme support took care of getting the site errors completed and the only core plugin from GiveWP that is activated still showed this error when I clicked on any campaign to attempt to edit:

Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
