OK, so I am a noob. How and where would I place the add_filter code? If I were to use the CSS option, how would I use it?

I just realised I never said thanks for the update – I very much appreciated your quick response and changes!!

I have a couple of other questions:
1. Is it possible to assign a URL that users will navigate to (in a new window or Tab) if they click on the image?
2. Is it possible to easily put URLs/links in the Footer text?
