i think actually this was the problem. In my feed the description is now in full length. Itunes and Spotify now only have to refresh. Fingers crossed.
Maybe for other user, in the customizer of my theme there was also the function for showing the full blog post. This worked for my page, but not my feed. I had to modify the amount of showed words aswell and this seems to fix my problem.
I will answer one last time if itunes and spotify refreshed everything the way i wanted.
