Thanks for the reply. I’ve been doing some digging and have found a few threads with links and plug-ins and have also realized how often one of these two questions get asked…

2 – Does it do that out of the box? I’ve not started officially exploring WP yet, I’m just digging for info. I guess I didn’t find any info on inline comment stacks in the default pages because its too obvious. 🙂

1- with some hacking and prior arrangement with a server location is it possible to have WP upload images, the way that image uploads are handled with a site like eBay?
