I have a similar problem … except that Live traffic shows no activity whatsoever. I know there is plenty of it, because I just got an email (as admin of the site) that there was an unusual # of attacks on the website within the last 10 minutes. Wonder if there could be a plugin conflict?
Let me know if there is a fix!!
Experienced the same thing. Can’t create/edit or view any of the emails I’ve created over the last years. Help!!

All of the sites that are failing at the ‘passing public key’ step are hosted by cloudflare. Are you sure that the ip address that we were supposed to whitelist for cloudflare is the correct one? Could you double check that please?

I thought perhaps the issue was with cloudflare, but another website hosted at Godaddy has the same issue.
So I have 27 sites connected to wordfence central, but three just don’t connect and all fail at passing “public key to wordfence central”I am having the same issue on a site hosted by cloudflare. Have gone into the firewall and whitelisted the ip address you suggest to whitelist, ( 54.68.32.247 ) to no avail.
Still blocking connection.
Checked the live feed on our site this morning. It is working once again. Thank you for your quick response to this!

That’s great. Made the change and it works fine. It’s even alphabetized! The guys want the # of the album tacked on the front … but they tend to whine a lot, so I wouldn’t worry about it! Thanks again!

It would be nice to be able to over-ride that file size upload limit or to set a different limit than the default.
(this is a church website and they upload the mp3 file of their services)…perhaps in a future update.

Seems as if the first of the ‘BASIC’ firewall settings causes this error.I activated WP Security again and disabled all firewall rules.
I enabled all the other firewall rules I had in place, but as soon as I enable the first one: ‘Enable Basic Firewall Protection’ the error appears. It disappears as soon as I disable that rule.
The exact wording of the message is ‘HTML error.’
Hopefully this can be fixed so that I can enable this rule again.
