Hello, I have reactivated the cookie banner. However, the issue still persists. On slow computers, the banner briefly appears and then disappears every time a page is loaded.

Hello, the IP address does not appear to be blocked on the server. I am using an XML-RPC blocking plugin on my site. Even though I have deactivated and deleted the plugin, it still gives a 403 error. It’s not in the .htaccess or functions files either. However, the 403 error persists. Once I figure out where XML-RPC is being blocked, I will open another support ticket with you. Thank you.
xmlrpc.php appears to be blocked. I will contact my server provider and get back to you. Thank you.

I never thought the support team would be this slow. It seems the approach here is that you’ll have to resolve issues yourself if they arise. I’m canceling the topic and the question. I’ve given up on creating cookies with Jetpack.
I reactivated the cookie banner and cleared the cache.

I uninstalled Jetpack and reinstalled it. It hasn’t changed.

I had hidden the version from the options in another plugin.Removing this option worked. I recommend checking the security plugins you are using.

It worked after I canceled the wordpress version. It didn’t give an error when the version became visible. It works normally.In fact, anyone who wants to should be able to hide the version.
