Thank you for your response, Darian. The very troubling thing about this is, there was no documentation stating that a commission fee would be charged. I only learned of this after a pretty involved Google search. When I was using PayPal as the processor, this fee did not exist. But somehow, it exists for Square? I feel blind-sided by this to be honest. Had I known this, I would have stayed with PayPal as the processor. So is this a situation where the fee is charged with Square but not with PayPal? How is this even a thing? Had I known, I would have covered that cost in my ticket transaction service fee in order to process via Square, but at this moment, my service fee is being eaten up by this unexpected commission fee you mentioned. I will just say the plugin should have had this well documented and clear upfront. This is deeply frustrating, unsettling, and very disappointing… Please advise…
