We found out what the problem is.
Apparently our client send us the wrong Instagram account without any posts in it.
I’m sorry for wasting your time!

Hi Slickchris,
Thank you for your fast response. I followed your instructions step by step but i must say they didn’t work.
We have never had this problem before, we updated all our sites after the 29th of June. It seems like the site doesn’t connect with Instagram somehow?
I checked a few of our other sites and the plugin seems to work on those.
I deactivated all the plugins that could maybe interfere with FTS but that also didnt seem to work.
I’d like to hear if you have any other suggestions or information.
