No, I didn’t mention the WooCommerce.com support team wasn’t able to help, because the link you provide doesn’t work… So, I didn’t talk to them at all. A chat is supposed to open when I fill the form. But it just said :

“Offline. You won’t receive messages.”
“Couldn’t load messages. Tap to retry”

Of course, it never loads correctly.

So, how can finally I reach the support ?

when going to the “Media hub” (a submenu from the PrestoPlayer plugin in the WP dashboard) to upload a new video via PrestoPlayer, the block is inactivated due to an error.

With EditorsKit deactivated, the block is working and the upload is possible.

Ok, I did deactivated every plugin and I found the actual culprit :
“Kadence Blocks – Gutenberg Blocks for Page Builder Features”

Everything works with ou without disabling the template library, but only when this plugin is deactivated.

No differences by deactivating the plugins. I successfully managed to reactivate Paypal Checkout (at first, when I opened this topic, I wasn’t able to), and everything’s working.

Now, when can we expect a fix on this very serious situation @niklasinpsyde ?
