In reply to: [SAML SSO Login - Single Sign On] MS365 / Azure SSOHi Luke
Thank you for your question — I’m happy to clarify this for you.
Yes, you can absolutely set up SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) with a corporate Microsoft tenant (Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD) using the free version of our plugin.
Our free plugin is designed to support users who are looking for a reliable and straightforward solution to implement basic SAML SSO on their WordPress site. It includes everything you need to get started with SAML-based login, including compatibility with major Identity Providers like Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
That said, we also offer a premium version of the plugin, which is tailored for more advanced use cases. While the free version handles core SSO functionality, the premium version includes enhanced features such as:
- Advanced Attribute Mapping
- Advanced Role Mapping
- Custom Redirections
- User Restrictions
- And more…
These features are particularly useful for organizations that need more control and flexibility over how SSO behaves within their WordPress environment.
So in summary — if you’re just looking to enable login via Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, the free version should be sufficient. If your setup requires advanced functionality, more control, or additional enterprise features, then the premium version would be the ideal choice.
Please feel free to reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions during setup — we’re always here to help!
Warm regards,
Neil
Keywoot Support TeamHello @liviafalkner,
Thanks for trying out our plugin! Yes, the requirement you mentioned can be achieved using our SAML SSO plugin.
Our plugin provides an option to automatically redirect users visiting your WordPress login page to the IdP for authentication.
Additionally, it allows you to create a specific URL for the WordPress login page that enables admins to log in normally without being redirected to the IdP. This ensures that admins can always access the WordPress dashboard without needing SSO.
This functionality is available in the premium plan. Let us know if you need any help setting it up!
You can also reach out to [email protected] in case you have any other question regarding plugin.Hi There,
Thank you for trying out our SAML SSO plugin!
We provide multiple ways to add SSO functionality to any page you wish. If you’ve created a custom login form, you can add the SAML SSO login button using the shortcode provided in the plugin.
Alternatively, you can use an HTML link to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) on any page or form of your choice. This ensures that your custom login form supports SSO login alongside the default WordPress login page.
Please give it a try and let us know if you’re able to set it up. If you need further assistance or have any questions about setting up SAML SSO, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help!
