No, each customer from the group will make their own purchases.
It will work something as below,

1. We make an agreement with a sports association for certain garments etc with their prints.
2. We arrange a voucher code for that specific group
3. Each member of the group registers on our site and can then use the voucher to gain membership to the group. Vouchers can be used either at registration or afterwards.

The members are regular consumers that pay the orders them selves and gets deliveries to their address. Their membership gives them access to specific products and perhaps some global discount.
