In reply to: [Quiz Maker by AYS] Certificate Sending and Submission LoadingPreviously, I was able to send a test email successfully from Quiz Maker. However, now I am no longer able to send test emails.
Here are the details:
- I did not change any email settings, but the test email is now failing.
- I am still not using an SMTP plugin.
Regarding the submission issue, participants are still experiencing an infinite loading screen when submitting their quizzes, even though their answers are recorded in the system.

I have checked my plugin version, and I am already using the latest version of Quiz Maker. There is no available update.
Regarding the email functionality:
- I tested the email feature in Quiz Maker, and the test email was sent successfully.
- I am not using any SMTP plugin.
Regarding the second issue:
- The problem where participants experience endless loading when submitting their quizzes still persists.
- Even though the submission process keeps loading, their answers are still recorded in the system.
