I found the problem and it is not from you, I went to ModSecurity™ Tools in WHM and found that there is a rule that prohibits external connection, so I put it in the security box and the problem was solved.

I’ve already done this before. Before speaking to you, I used Gemini to resolve this issue.
The steps I took:
1- Edit permalinks
2- Disable all plugins except this one
3- Check that the shipping company’s IP isn’t blocked
4- Change the theme to a default WordPress theme
5- Check mod_rewrite on the server
6- Delete Woocommerce shipping plugin and install againI’m still having this problem, and I can’t complete orders except from the WooCommerce app. The site completely rejects this action, and this message appears.

Indeed I went to the scheduled actions and found (344) failed operations All operations without exception are for the following processes:
wc_run_batch_process
Proofs:

I have disabled the plugins but the problem still persists, when I disconnect the site from the database the consumption stops completely. It seems that there is something that is querying the database in the background in a big way that is causing this load.

Actually I don’t know when the problem appeared, I recently noticed an increase in bandwidth consumption and loads, although the site is new and has only 10-20 visitors, last month it consumed 700 GB of bandwidth, while in the past months it only consumed 30 GB.
I am not a programming expert, but someone advised me to look at the error log in the logs folder in the cPanel control panel, and when I told him about what I found, he advised me to write to you here.
No programming errors appear on the site interface or on the application associated with it flexbuillder.
I only found these errors in the username_com.php.error.log file in the Logs folder.
I hope to find a solution.

I tried it with 3 browsers (Chrome – Edge – Firefox), and the result is the same. When choosing the mpdf template, the file does not download, and when choosing another template, it downloads the file but without Arabic letters, the texts ????? As in the previous pictures
I have now modified the template to mpdf and went to requests and downloaded the file but it does not download the file
I returned the previous settings as they were and went to Requests again and clicked on downloading the file. It downloaded fine, but the language is not supported.There is a problem when choosing mpdf, it does not download the file as in the picture
