Let me answer by myself. I notice that the problem is from the Paypal account I used as the vendor, which is new and not verified by Paypal yet. If I use my own Paypal account as a vendor to receive payments, Forminator works like a charm. I hope this is helpful to people who might have a similar issue — the problem could also be from the Paypal side.

I find a proper way. On the page where the schedule will show, you can make a multicolumn block and make multiple session blocks. For each block, you assign each day of the conference. By doing so, you can have three blocks on the same page which show the agenda for three different dates.
Maybe the live demo or the tutorial can cover this, which might be helpful to the other users.
