Greetings @bcworkz, we tried the steps outlined, however that too has not worked. 🙁
Are there any methods with which I can identify the root cause of how it happened. Any guidance on this would help us to isolate the issue.

Thank you @bcworkz, will try the above steps and see if the site gets restored. Will update on the forum if it works.
