Also– I found out that the second title was because of Yoast’s SEO plugin, so I deactivated it and now it’s working fine.

In reply to: 404 Error at wp-admin pageIt was a hosting issue. Yahoo had not transferred the domain yet so the blog wasn’t loading since it wasn’t hosted with yahoo.
