The parallax should work on mobile and desktop without any additional enables. I have checked the website, the page looks empty from my desktop and mobile. Can you please disable any other plugins and change the current theme to Twenty Twenty-Five? Is it works?

Hello, it appears that the issue stems from the Elementor library, specifically ‘Swiper.js’. I will address this promptly. It seems the library is overriding certain rules within the plugin’s styles.

Hello, I checked the second section, the code looks correct from my side. Try to change the image or speed. For example the image can has the small height to work as parallax.
