This is still happening to us, on WordPress 5.0.3, WooCommerce 3.5.4, WooCommerce Subscriptions 2.3.2.
Any updates?

Once you have activated the plugin it is impossible not to notice the new menu “YTM-options”. On its sub-pages you will find textarea fields to insert your content and other options. I’m sorry if it was not clear and I will write it down somewhere.Forum: Plugins
