    An update on my problem. I have tried to change my theme to the default twenty-twenty theme and the video embed is still not showing.

    Hi threadi, thanks for the swift reply. I’m using Divi builder but I’m using the default post creation for my blog post. Is this affected by Divi builder as well?

    I will try to contact divi for assistance as well. Thank you.

    I have just tried rollbacking to WooCommerce 3.9 from 4.0. HTML email is working again.

    Same, previously it was working fine, but now my customers are receiving blank emails.

    Same problem here. HTML template sends blank email to my customers. Plain text working fine.
