We just tested it by clearing the caches and changing the Honey Pot Field Name, and it does indeed work fine, now. Thanks!May we ask what the issue was?

Just tested using Tag Assistant Companion extension and it can’t find a tag on our site.Happened to me too, at the time this thread was made. Didn’t realise for 3 days.
Had to “Enable Remote Diagnostics” and then switch it off – which I think was the thing that fixed it.
Then had to sync 26000+ orders, which took over 15 hours, and only 20000+ were synced, which I assume is to do with the issue that has a PR on Git.
