There was enough space when I made the staging site it just never showed up on the site/start menu. I can access the staging site with the url I got when I created it. The site was 5gb and I have 12gb on my server so there was plenty of space when I made it the first time, but a second one can not be made. I have not updated the plugin and the version I listed was the first one I installed.
