I cannot access any of my widgets! The expand arrow to open a widget in a sidebar does not work.
Nor can I drag them off of nor a new one onto a sidebar.
Repeat – NONE of my widgets can I manage from the Dashboard!
Please fix ASAP as this is obviously impeding our ability to run our businesses!

The redirect is not working for me either:
on_sent_ok: “location.replace(’http://yourdomain.com/thank-you/’);”
I am running WordPress 2.8.5.
Any other ideas? This is a requirement for my client who has an insurance site and the redirect must go to his agent page.
I am unable to find any other plugins that allow both multiple forms and this possible setting.
