Same here. My host support rep just told me “The issue is that the domain the WidgetLogic plugin is pulling its JavaScript for widgetlogic.org has expired which breaks the plugin’s functionality. So the developers of the plugin will need to renew the domain they are using.”

Thanks for your quick reply, Cornel. I did exactly as you said and pasted the URL you shared (replacing “mysite” with my actual site) and changed the date range, clicked filter, selected all, and then clicked export. I got the same results as before, just the two columns.
What gives?

Our host was able to help with this since the plugin developer didn’t respond. I’ll take a sec to respond here in case it can help anyone in the future.
We were using PHP mailer which is apparently not a good protocol in terms of sending email. Installing a plugin ‘WP SMTP’ will force SMTP on outgoing emails. SMTP is a better protocol in terms of email deliverability.
