Ok, I explore more. Actually I want to consider first row of excel sheet like a heading. for example:

ID Title Content Price SKU

I have created it as bold and background blue.
When i am adding this row in excel sheet it is inserting this row as well in our database all the time. I don’t want to anymore this row in our database whenever i sync the excel sheet any time. Kindly guide me how can i stop to sync this row in our database?

and one question more. for now i am adding post id in excel sheet manually under ID column. is there any way to sync post id automatically in excel sheet so we can save the more time?
