With a little more digging found that phpflickr is dying with the following error “The Flickr API returned the following error: #95 – SSL is required”.
Trying to run example.php in the phpflickr directory works perfectly. Some issue with the certificates then?

I am having the same problem as you ppl – all my emailed blogs are posted later – and in fact, the delay varies from post to post 🙁 Did u ppl find a solution? Please do help me out
